Each time someone instructs me to "be an adult about it", a thought pops into my head about adulthood. For me, adulthood is the ability, nay, privilege of heading straight to the dessert counter in a buffet situation. Although this thought makes me silently chuckle every time, I assure you it isn't something I take for granted.
In outdoor situations, I'm extremely clumsy with food. I cannot put myself through a full meal. It's tedious, no matter how delicious the food is. Dessert, however, is another matter.
