This [1] is the UI for managing Google's service in G Suite. I totally missed the fact that this page was paginated. The list has loads of whitespace at the bottom, which on my large screen monitor is quite considerable.
This is still a minor issue. There are several issues in the Google Cloud Console that raise serious doubts about Google's prowess in delivering user-friendly experiences. Google does a great job with Search, Gmail, and Drive/Docs, but as soon as you use a Google product that has a ton of features (Cloud, Photos), things get hairy.
